Performance Assessment & Ongoing

STAY READY. LIVE LIKE YOU.

Sustain Your Full Potential

Performance at Aeris is about helping you make better decisions about your body — not guessing, pushing blindly, or following generic plans.

Some people come to us preparing for a season. Others are returning from time off, increasing training, or trying to understand how they move. Wherever you’re starting, we begin by taking a clear look at how your body is functioning so we can guide the next step with confidence.

Before increasing training or adding load, it’s important to understand readiness, risk, and capacity.

At Aeris, performance services begin with assessment. We look at movement, strength, output, and how your body responds to stress so decisions are informed — not based on timelines, assumptions, or pressure.

What We Do

Our clients come to Aeris Performance Concepts to recover for a variety of performance reasons:

03

Maintaining An Edge for High-Demand Duties

04

Post-Rehabilitation Performance Recovery

Performance physical

A Performance Physical is a comprehensive assessment for individuals who are currently healthy and want a clear baseline.

It’s a good fit if you:

  • are training or competing and want objective insight

  • are planning a season or increase in load

  • want to identify risks early instead of reacting later

This assessment helps guide:

  • training priorities

  • areas to build or protect

  • whether additional support makes sense

Sport Assessment

If you’re coming back from injury, surgery, or time away, this assessment helps determine whether your body is ready for the demands you’re returning to.

Rather than guessing or rushing, we look at readiness and response to load so return decisions are based on how your body is actually performing.

Performance services at Aeris are a good fit if you:

  • are an athlete at any level

  • train consistently or compete seasonally

  • want objective insight instead of guesswork

  • are increasing training demands

  • want to stay healthy long‑term

  • You don’t need to know which performance service is right before starting.

An assessment helps us understand where you are and guide what makes sense next — whether that’s a one‑time check, a re‑assessment, or ongoing support.
