Scott Dembowski
Scott created Aeris Performance Concepts to bring high-performance concepts used at elite athletics and military environments to all levels of performance. His spent over 6-years as the Director of Human Performance for an elite Joint Special Operation Organization at Fort Bragg, NC and over 10 years focused on performance with various Regular Army units and Special Operations units before retiring in 2025.
Scott received his Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky in 2004 and subsequently completed the US Military-Baylor University Sports Physical Therapy Residency at the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY in 2013. He is dual Board-Certified in Orthopedics and Sports Physical Therapy.
He is passionate about integrating technology and data to help people find their optimal performance capacity and ultimately “make a better human”. He brings expertise in developing and implementing innovative approaches to Human Performance Programming tailored to the uniqueness of every person, team, and organization.
His clinical specialties revolve around his training and experience in the Sports Model of physical therapy - returning athletes to competition or performance as rapidly as possible while reducing potential for future injury.
